HES Facilities is hiring Landscape Crew Members in Florida to maintain school grounds and perform a variety of turf and landscape tasks. You will operate mowers, perform edging, pruning, planting, watering, and mulching while ensuring safety and quality on educational campuses.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather. Training is provided, and you will join a team focused on delivering consistent grounds maintenance across sites in

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred.
• Some experience in lawn care helpful.
• Able to operate lawn care machinery (mowers, blowers).
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work.

Responsabilités

• Prepare trucks and load equipment for the day.
• Mow turf with various mowers and edge beds.
• Prune shrubs and trees; remove debris and maintain grounds.
• Maintain and perform light repairs on equipment and tools.
• Snow removal duties may be required during nights, weekends, or holidays.

Landscape Crew Members are responsible for efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. Groundskeepers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation and repair.Essential FunctionsThis job description should not be interpreted as all inclusive.
