Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is hiring a crew member to mow, trim, edge, prune shrubs, plant flowers, spread mulch, and keep landscapes looking flawless on high-end residences and commercial properties around West Palm Beach, FL.

Bring at least 1 year of landscaping experience, valid license, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Enjoy pay of $18–$23/hour, strong team environment, E-Verify employer status, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscaping or lawn care experience.
• Experience operating mowers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, and remove debris.
• Prune shrubs and maintain plants.
