Pay Range: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

We are looking for a reliable, hard‑working individual to join our busy lawn care team. We have many commercial and residential properties that require weekly maintenance. This is a year‐round position, as in the winter months, we provide snow removal service. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing & Edging: Operate zero‑turn mowers, push mowers, and string trimmers.
• Property Maintenance: Perform leaf blowing, debris cleanup, and weeding.
• Landscape Tasks: Assist with mulching, planting, and basic pruning.
• Equipment Care: Help load/unload trucks and maintain tools in good working order.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on job sites.

Requirements
