Location: Annapolis and surrounding areas within the state of Maryland and District of Columbia. Employment: Full-Time. Compensation: $17 - $23 per hour (Overtime available).

Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and relliable laborer to join our team for year-round outdoor work. This role requires a \"do-what-it-takes\" attitude, transitioning between landscape/hardscape projects and essential winter snow removal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardscaping: Assist in the construction of patios, walkways, and retaining walls, including site prep and stone placement.


• Lawn Maintenance: Professional mowing, edging, trimmingg, and seasonal property cleanups.


• Machinery Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, and loaders.


• Site Management: Load/unload materials, clear debris, and maintain a clean, safe worksite.


• Snow Experience: Knowledge of plowing techniques and salt application is a major plus.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in landscaping or construction (preferred).
