Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience with crew leadership background.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean DMV record (insurable on company policy).
• Ambition for entrepreneurship and business ownership.
• Expert knowledge of local plants, pruning techniques, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-to-4 person crew daily, ensuring routes in SF and Marin are completed safely and to high standards.
• Learn backend operations: client relationships, quoting, bidding, and route optimization.
• Transition into full ownership through a structured buyout plan.
