Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will manage a 2-5 person crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards across maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications.

The role emphasizes effective team leadership, client satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery with a strong safety mindset and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise crew of 2-5 team members.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met.
• Deliver services as specified on client sites.
• Log crew time through electronic time capture (ETC).
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
