Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current State Technician and/or Applicator license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules with management and follow job specifications, including materials and timelines.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within guidelines and timeframe.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with proper horticultural practices.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Inspect site weekly and manage punch lists with the manager on site.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
