Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape installation and maintenance for a crew of 2+ team members. You will provide hands-on leadership in soil, planting, watering, and insect control to meet client standards and drive efficiencies.

Strong CDL, reading drawings, and safety training are essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of landscape install experience, 1+ year supervising a crew, and the ability to operate BrightView equipment.

Qualifications

2+ years of landscape install experience.
Minimum 1 year of lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a good record.
Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
Experience running equipment such as skid steer, excavator, backhoe.
Able to read architectural drawings.
Strong leadership skills and teamwork.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership/ guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
