Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape installation crew on daily job sites.
• Install plant material, mulch, soil, sod, drainage, edging, and other landscape features.
• Read work orders, site plans, and daily instructions.
• Operate landscape tools and equipment safely.
• Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Train, guide, and motivate crew members.
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and site concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to company standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead a landscape installation crew on daily job sites
• Install plant material, mulch, soil, sod, drainage, edging, and other landscape features
• Read work orders, site plans, and daily instructions
• Operate landscape tools and equipment safely

What We're Looking For

• Previous landscape installation experience required

• Knowledge of planting, mulching, grading, sod, and general landscape installation
• Ability to operate common landscape tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day
