We are looking for a skilled Landscape Crew Leader to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, with the goal of maintaining beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers. • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Past landscaping/groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Experience using hand-held and power tools.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and work on your feet for long periods.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, chainsaws, or hedge trimmers.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment such as mowers, weed whippers, edgers, backpack blowers, or pruning shears.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears or pruners.
• Plant flowers and seasonal annuals.
• Perform general property maintenance and seasonal cleanups.
• Gather and remove debris including leaves, sticks, and trash.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, weed whipper, edger, backpack blower, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
• Plant flowers and seasonal annuals
• Perform general property maintenance and seasonal cleanups (spring/fall)
• Gather and remove debris including leaves, sticks, and trash
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications
