Job summary

Let It Grow, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a field team in commercial and residential properties. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality work, and promote safety across sites.

You will train crew members on proper techniques, operate landscaping equipment, and communicate progress to supervisors. A valid driver's license and OSHA certification are preferred, with CDL considered a plus.

• Ensure work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
• Train crew on landscaping techniques, equipment operation and safety.
