Job summary

Sunrise Landscape in Ocala, FL, is seeking a Crew Leader, Landscape (Driver) to guide a maintenance crew on commercial properties. You will manage hands-on tasks, safety, and efficiency, while transporting crew and equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of landscape maintenance experience required, with crew lead or senior crew preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets for Aspire time and production tracking.
• Solid understanding of landscape maintenance practices and crew efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the landscape crew to complete scheduled maintenance safely and efficiently.
• Hold pre-shift safety and work-assignments meetings; coach and develop crew performance.
• Coordinate with Operations leadership on progress, issues, and client needs.
• Ensure accurate time tracking, hours, and job codes in Aspire.
