Job description

Landscape Logic is looking for a strong leader to fill a Crew 2 position within our Maintenance department. Candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills as well as be able to prioritize tasks and excel in time management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for ensuring that Landscape Logic quality standards are being met and the process is being followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner by our crews at all times.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure the team follows safety protocols when handling tools and equipment.
• Listen and learn from Team Leader - able to receive a task and communicate it to Crew 1.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING

• General knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant species and hardscaping.
• Self‑starter and ability to be taught by Team Lead.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
• Show basic skills for communicating face to face as well as online.
• Ability to resolve issues that may arise on the job site.
• A clean driving record and the ability to operate landscaping vehicles and machinery (CDL a plus).

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Outdoor environment, potentially exposed to varying weather conditions.
• Regular lifting of heavy materials and equipment.
• May require working early mornings or weekends, depending on project timelines.
