Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Residential Maintenance Crew Leader in Oregon to oversee 1–2 crew members on local landscape maintenance projects. Join a premier outdoor living team and contribute to large, eco-friendly projects.

The role requires 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience and at least 1 year leading a crew. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs; pay ranges $22–$24 per hour with benefits and a $1,000 hiring bonus after 120

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate truck and trailer.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning and general cleanup of residential properties with 1-2 crew members.
• Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
• Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route in Aspire.

Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Crew Leader with 3+ years’ experience.

*$1,000 Hiring Bonus after 120 days*

• Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup of residential properties with 1-2 crew members.
• Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
• Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route in Aspire.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
• Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead crew through maintenance route and take directions and receive feedback from supervisor.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client’s property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer.

Position Range:

$22–$24/hr
