Responsibilities and Opportunities

As a Crew Leader, you will gain experience to become a future leader at Brilar through:

• Landscape maintenance, enhancement, and beautification
• Overseeing renovation, enhancement, and installation projects
• Ensuring safety for employees, clients, the public, and the environment
• Managing crew efficiency and quality
• Operating tools and equipment safely
• Maintaining equipment
• Training and developing crew members

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Over 3 years of experience in commercial landscape and snow removal services
• Over 3 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle and trailers safely
• Trainable, coachable, quick to learn new concepts
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability to be on call during winter months
• Physical ability to perform job duties
• Punctuality and reliability
• Accountability and ownership of work
• Positive team attitude
