Job Opportunity: Enhancement Crew Leader at BrightView

Compensation

• Starting pay: $20 per hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience, certifications, and licenses.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Chauffeur’s Endorsement or License
• At least one year of experience as a Hardscape Crew Leader
• DOT Medical Card (Preferred); candidates without one must pass a federally required medical exam, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficiency and client standards are met
• Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guiding soil, planting, watering, and insect control activities
• Driving and maintaining company vehicles, training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, managing schedules, and reviewing charts and reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew
• At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience is a plus

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership skills, familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Ability to handle physical work, including weather conditions and heavy lifting (30-80 pounds)
• CDL license, reliable transportation
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
