A leading landscaping company in Germantown is seeking full-time Landscape Specialty and Renovation Crew Leaders. The role involves training and managing technician crews, delivering seasonal landscaping services, and performing maintenance tasks such as shaping and pruning plants. Competenze

• Minimum of one year experience in leading technician crews.
• Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License preferred.

We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Specialty and Renovation Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD) through our Germantown branch location. These roles offer the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands‑on, outdoor projects. We value sustainability, creativity, and the use of new technology in our work. This is full‑time year‑round employment. During the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Crew Leaders haveminimum of one year experience in the production field leading and supervising technician crews ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes (pro-rated with advanced education)
• Possess and maintain WisconsinPesticide Applicator’s License (Category 3.0) is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and improve processes
• Commitment to safety
• Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred
• Two or four-year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related fieldis preferred.
• Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Required to possess and maintain valid, non-probationarydriver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Required to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leaders train, develop, manage, review, motivate, and direct a crew of technicians and laborers.
• Specialty Crew Leaders deliver spring clean‑up services, including perennial care and removal of winter protection.
• Renovation Crew Leaders install new landscapes and landscape renovations such as drainage systems, nightscape systems, seed and sod, retaining walls, and pavers.
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees.
• Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro‑mulching tasks.
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups.
• Remove snow and ice during winter.
