Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in leading technician crews.
• Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License preferred.
• Proficient in plant identification.
• Ability to learn and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage a crew of technicians.
• Deliver spring clean-up and seasonal services.
• Install landscapes and perform maintenance tasks.
• Shape and prune trees and shrubs.
• Conduct snow and ice removal.
