A leading landscaping company in Milwaukee is seeking experienced Landscape Crew Leaders for full-time positions. Responsibilities include managing crew technicians, maintaining landscapes, and applying pesticides. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a relevant field and a Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator's License. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, manage, and motivate a crew of technicians.
• Maintain lawns through mowing and trimming.
• Apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed.
• Install new landscapes, drainage, nightscape systems, and retaining walls.
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes and trees; perform seeding, sodding, hydro-mulching.
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups; support winter snow removal.

We are currently seeking full‑time Landscape Specialty, Renovation and Mowing Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD) at our various branch locations. Qualifications

• Crew Leaders haveminimum of one year experience in the production field ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes (pro‑rated with advanced education)
• Renovation Crew Leaders will have basic knowledge of renovation techniques including the installation of pavers, retaining walls and replacement of trees, shrubs.
• Specialty Crew Leaders possess Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License (Category 3.0)
• Willingness to learn and improve processes
• Commitment to safety
• Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain valid REGULAR driver's license with an acceptable MVR
• Two or four‑year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related fieldis preferred.

• Mowing Crew Leaders maintain lawns through mowing and trimming
• Specialty Crew Leadersapply fertilizer and pesticides as needed
• Renovation Crew Leaders install new landscapes and landscape renovations such asdrainage systems, nightscape systems, seed and sod, retaining walls, and pavers
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro‑mulching tasks
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups
• Remove snow and ice (for hourly snow bonus)
