Lehigh Country Club is looking to fill multiple permanent, full-time Landscape Crew Leader positions.

Location: 2319 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, PA 18103. Employer will transport workers between the report to work address and additional worksites in Lehigh, PA, and areas of Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, PA-NJ.

Responsibilities: Oversee a small crew of landscape laborers to care for or maintain golf course using various tools and equipment. Tasks include mowing, watering, edging, leaf removal, planting, weed control, pruning, sod and sprinkler installation, hauling topsoil and mulch, raking sand bunkers, applying fertilizers and pesticides, inspecting course conditions, scheduling work, training workers, maintaining equipment, and operating landscape machinery.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-3:00PM, with 40+ hours weekly, possibly including weekends and holidays. Work is outdoors in variable weather; physical stamina is required.

Terms: Compliance with employment laws; potential overtime at 1.5x pay; outdoor physical labor; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; 6 months landscape experience; ability to obtain a driver’s license and Pennsylvania pesticide applicator’s license post-hire; possible drug testing and background checks.

Wages: $45,219.00/year, up to $50,000.00/year.
