Qualifications

• Landscaping or construction experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 2-3 person landscaping crew.
• Plan and execute daily work efficiently.
• Maintain quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Make critical decisions in the field.
• Keep jobs on schedule and within budgeted labor hours.
• Communicate effectively with management and clients.
