GroundSystems, Inc. in Blue Ash, Ohio, is hiring a Crew Leader to supervise a 1–4 person landscaping crew. This full-time, hands-on role combines fieldwork with leadership to ensure high-quality service and efficient workflows on enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations.
• Ensuring quality control and project standards.
• Training and supervising crew members.
• Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping tasks.
• Perennial bed maintenance and equipment operation.
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.
