A landscaping service company in Tucson is seeking a Landscape Crew Lead to supervise groundskeepers and ensure well-maintained grounds. You'll be responsible for assigning tasks, training workers, and monitoring performance while ensuring client satisfaction. • Supervise proper uniform appearance and carry thermals with water and ice for the team.
• Ensure compliance with work hours.

Overview

The Landscape Crew Lead will supervise and coordinate groundskeepers to ensure well-maintained grounds, proper use of tools, and responsible allocation of resources. The Crew Lead assigns tasks, trains workers, monitors performance, and provides material and cost estimates.

Operations

• Review of machinery, truck before and after work
• Mark a checklist of equipment and materials to take and return
• Protocol and instruction follow-up
• Maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the truck and equipment
• Responsible for the safety and maintenance of equipment and materials
• Take notes of work completed at each property with proper photo documentation (before and after)

Administrative

• Weekly focus meeting
• Accident reports for truck and trailer
• Daily Reports and check-ins
• Verify and follow through with service orders
• Participation in company trainings

Client Services

• Supervise the quality of work
• Check in with the client upon arrival and departure to assure client satisfaction
• Provide a personalized experience for the client with a wide knowledge of work

Crew

• Provide instructions for the crew
• Responsible for teamwork and behavior
• Reporting of incidents at the client\'s property or during a job
• Inform the administrative team if a crew member is sick
• Supervise the proper use of uniforms and the appearance of crew members
• Take charge of filling and carrying thermals with water and ice for the team
