What you will be doing

• Leading a small landscape maintenance crew
• Helping train new crew members on mowing, trimming, edging, and basic lawn care
• Assisting with lawn care treatments and fertilizer applications
• Checking quality on every property
• Communicating clearly with your crew throughout the day
• Keeping equipment clean and organized
• Helping with mulching, planting, sod installation, and seasonal leaf service
• Supporting simple daily systems to keep the team on track
