Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams in Raleigh, NC. You will work on job sites to install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, pavers, mulch, and irrigation systems, while following safety protocols.

We value candidates who can work outside in varying temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in English (Spanish helpful). No experience required, but landscape installation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Adhere to jobsite and company safety protocols.
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds
• Laying sod
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects
• Installing mulch
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation
• Digging trenches and holes
• Prepping soil areas for plantings
• Hand-watering
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction/installation duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
