Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams in Raleigh, NC. Crew Members perform on-site landscape construction duties to create beautiful landscapes for our clients. This role focuses on safe, high-quality execution and teamwork in a fast-growing company.

You will join a team delivering planting, sod, hardscape, irrigation, and mulching projects, with hands-on use of hand and power tools daily in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Adhere to jobsite and company safety protocols.
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.
• Must work outdoors for long periods in extreme temps and sun.
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle tools.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Laying sod.
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and other hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction/installation duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds
• Laying sod
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects
• Installing mulch
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation
• Digging trenches and holes
• Prepping soil areas for plantings
• Hand-watering
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction/installation duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:
