Job summary

Thomas Young Group, a respected landscape construction company in Colorado, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee field operations from pre-construction to completion.

Lead 2-4 field crews, coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and site logistics to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Must have 5+ years in landscape construction leadership, read plans, communicate clearly with clients and teams, and be proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a landscape construction leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, hardscape, irrigation, grading, and related work.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and multiple projects at once.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable working in the field while also handling project management responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

• Managing change orders, project updates, and job documentation.
• Tracking project costs, production rates, and overall profitability.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of field staff.
• Maintaining safe, organized, and professional job sites.
• Assisting with site walks, estimating, and pre-construction planning when needed.
• Supporting winter operations including snow removal or crew leadership during off-season.
