Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the operations team in delivering landscaping projects per contract, on time and within budget. The role focuses on maintaining high quality, coordinating with clients, and driving profitability across projects.

You will manage budgets, schedule work, and ensure safety and compliance, while developing long-term maintenance relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in construction/landscaping with field/build experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to deliver services per contract, on budget, and on schedule.
• Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and suggest strategies to reduce costs.
• Ensure timely monthly job billings and assist with change orders and receivables.
• Serve as main contact and trusted advisor to customers on installation issues.
• Build strong client relationships and provide solutions to challenges.
• Ensure projects align with plans, budgets, and deadlines; deliver regular reports.
