Job summary

The Greenery Inc in the Charleston area seeks a Project Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial landscaping projects across multiple sites. You will lead crews, manage budgets, schedule progress, and ensure safety and quality, while communicating with clients and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of landscape construction and the ability to read plans. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with travel across the region expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising crews, subcontractors, and client management.
• Ability to read landscape plans and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of on-site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Supervise day-to-day operations on landscape construction and installation projects.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained per standards.
• Lead construction crews, ensure efficient work practices and safety compliance.
• Interpret landscape plans, drawings, and specifications to guide work.
