Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Foreman in Myrtle Beach to oversee commercial maintenance upgrades and lead a crew on active job sites.

You will conduct site inspections, coordinate material delivery, ensure safety compliance, and manage subcontractor coordination to meet project timelines. Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and bilingual Spanish are highly valued; First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape installation.
• Leadership experience managing crews on active job sites.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job site inspections and complete site checklists.
• Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and site development materials.
• Schedule and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure crew productivity, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and ensure attendance.
• Report unsafe behavior or incidents to the Superintendent and Safety Office.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure proper use of tools and materials.
