BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Project Engineer II to support the project management team on major commercial landscape construction projects. You will assist with planning, coordination, and overseeing work to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

Key duties include takeoffs, pricing, document control, and cross-team coordination. Strong communication and customer service are essential, with bilingual Spanish helpful for client interactions.

Formación

• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred and may be required for some client interactions.
• Experience delivering high level customer service in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the project management team in planning, coordination, and oversight of large-scale landscape construction projects.
• Perform takeoffs using OST and gather pricing for estimates; review with estimating team.
• Manage document control: submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing docs, contract administration.
• Prepare reports and information as requested by project leadership.
• Coordinate between branch admin, field staff, sales, estimating, and management; maintain strong communication.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and staff to ensure quality and service excellence.
