Job summary

Shortcutz Lawn & Landscape is seeking a Landscape Construction Manager on-site in Dover, DE. Lead landscape construction projects from planning to completion, coordinating crews, schedules, and safety to deliver exceptional results for residential and commercial sites.

You will review plans, order materials, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure proper installations of hardscapes, plantings, and irrigation, while communicating with clients and vendors to maintain high standards and on-time

Qualifications

3+ years in landscape construction management with crew supervision.
Strong planning and budgeting skills for multiple projects.
Knowledge of site grading, drainage, plant selection, turf care.
Excellent communication and leadership with clients and vendors.
Commitment to OSHA safety guidelines and policies.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Oversee landscape construction projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate crews and assign tasks; monitor progress and safety on site.
Review project plans and order materials as needed; manage budgets.
Ensure proper installation of hardscapes, plantings, irrigation, and related features.
Communicate updates to clients, vendors, and team; resolve issues promptly.
Support continuous improvement of construction processes and training of crew.
