Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic labor tasks.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction projects including hardscaping, plant installation, and site preparation.
• Perform maintenance tasks: mowing, trimming, weeding, planting.
• Use and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients on-site.
• Participate in training sessions to improve landscaping skills.
