Heritage and Company, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our field team. You will perform mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and mulching while operating landscape equipment safely on client sites.

We offer a supportive team environment with opportunities for overtime, ongoing training in best practices and safety. Valid driver’s license is required and physical stamina is essential to meet job demands outdoors.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with good communication skills.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors for various landscape projects.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.
