Benson Enterprises has Landscaping Construction Laborer positions available for efficient, reliable, and motivated team members. You'll routinely interact with customers at job sites by answering questions, responding to requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Pay

$19.00 – $22.00/hour starting, with potential to increase to $30/hour with leadership roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, plantings, etc.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Landscaping experience preferred; horticulture degree a plus.
• Motivated, reliable, detail-oriented.
• Good time management, problem-solving, mechanical aptitude.
• Positive attitude and industry enthusiasm.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials.
• Ability to load/unload vehicles, operate trucks/trailers.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, dependability.
• High school diploma or GED required; Driver’s License and bilingual skills are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
• Follow instructions, assist team members, and learn proper techniques for tools and equipment.

• Lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand and bend for extended periods.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday, with Saturday work during peak seasons.
• Hours may vary; overtime available.
