Responsibilities:

• Use hand and/or power tools or equipment to perform landscape and irrigation duties
• Lay sod, plant, water, fertilize, dig, rake, and install sprinklers
• Install mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units
• Follow all internal control and compliance practices
• Safeguard assets from theft and misuse
• Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud
• Comply with business ethics, laws, and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; reconcile physical assets with records
• Operate hand equipment with mechanized blades such as gas-powered shears
• Use manual tools like shovels, including extended periods of use

Ideal candidate:

• Has at least 6 months of commercial landscape experience (preferred but not required)

Additional desirable qualifications:

• Experience working near or around natural bodies of water
• Ability to work 8+ hours per day with breaks, including some overtime and weekend work
• Comfort working from elevated heights such as an 8' ladder
• Ability to work near automotive traffic
• Capable of working in extreme temperatures exceeding 100°F
• Able to work in direct sunlight for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. (e.g., mulch, fertilizer)
• Ability to load/unload up to 50 lbs. of plant materials
• Willingness to bend, stoop, and twist throughout the day
