Here’s what you’d do:

A Landscape Construction Foreman will be responsible for managing the installation of upgrades for commercial landscape maintenance accounts.

You’d be responsible for:

• Conducting weekly job site inspections
• Completing job site checklists
• Installing required materials for landscaping, irrigation, and site development
• Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
• Managing crew production rates, quality control, and safety
• Assisting in job scheduling and coordinating subcontractors
• Ensuring all employees attend weekly tailgate meetings
• Reviewing safety protocols, performing safety gear checks, and public safety assessments
• Maintaining a hazardous communication folder with relevant chemical forms
• Reporting unsafe activities and accidents per company policy
• Abiding by internal control and compliance practices to safeguard assets, ensure duty segregation, and maintain confidentiality

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Experience working near traffic and natural water bodies
• Ability to work 8+ hours/day, some overtime/weekend work
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. and load/unload up to 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, and twist throughout the day
