Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member

• Be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional landscape maintenance services.
• Perform high-quality lawn care tasks and support other landscaping duties as needed.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks and lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds regularly.
• Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the next day.

• Attendance: Critical for meeting customer service goals—must be present as scheduled.
• Budget vs Actual Hours: Manage time effectively to keep jobs profitable.
• Return Rates: Maintain quality to minimize rework.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member

• Experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related fields preferred.
• If inexperienced, willingness to complete training within 6 months.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
