PROCARE Landscape delivers professional landscape services for condos, commercial buildings, residential homes, and more. We are currently looking for a motivated, determined, and respectful Landscape Foreman to help develop our landscape division! Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders.
• Build retaining walls, patios, landscape beds, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and drainage solutions.
• Communicate production goals and plans to crew members. Includes ordering materials and adhering to the plans laid out by the Project Manager / Operations Manager.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Interact respectfully with clients on the job site.
• Report to Project Manager / Operations Manager.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in building retaining walls, patios, steps, water features, drainage solutions, and outdoor kitchens.
• Experience with all landscape construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, trucks, trailers, dingo).
• General knowledge of plant material and plant placement.
• Awareness of company’s revenue goals and strive to meet them.
• Great communicator and team player.
• Quick learner with motivation to grow and succeed.
• Valid Chauffeur’s driver’s license (or willing to get before start date) with a clean driving record. CDL preferred.
