Ground Works Land Design is looking for a Landscape Enhancement Foreman to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

Ground Works Land Design is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Foreman to oversee a crew performing landscaping enhancement services and maintain a safe work environment. We promote growth and internal advancement!

Our promotion track includes:

• Landscape Enhancement Foreman > Account Manager or Production Manager > Project Manager or Operations Manager

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hr (dependent on experience)

Requirements: Valid driver’s license with minimal incidents in the last 3 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of plants, horticulture, pruning, lawn and landscape bed maintenance, clean-up
• Pruning, lawn repairs, planting, mulching
• Operate landscaping equipment proficiently
• Communicate with clients and address concerns
• Coordinate with the Account Manager on client needs
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and equipment
• Train crew members on equipment use and standards
• On-call for snow removal during winter
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to work independently
• English and Spanish communication skills a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in landscaping/groundskeeping
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift over 50 lbs
• Crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders
• Stand for long periods
