Job summary

Environmental Designs in Henderson, CO is hiring a Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our on-site team. The role supports installation projects under the Foreman, performing hardscape tasks and material handling in varying weather conditions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to follow directions, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while using hand tools and small machinery. This is a full-time, on-site position with safety-first expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work in dusty, noisy environments.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and operate small machinery as needed.
• Experience with hand tools or power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Works under general supervision of the Foreman employee assure the proper, safe, efficient, and timely completion of landscape installation projects.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials
• Excavation and hand trenching
• Use of small power tools
• Site Clean up
• Pipe installation, preparation and gluing
• Cement and concrete work and mixing
• Use of small machinery

Requirements:

• 18 years of age
• Ability to follow instructionAbility to perform physical activities such as squatting, digging, and kneeling
• Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of power tools its care, proper use, and related safety requirements
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field
