Job summary

Environmental Designs seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead landscape crews in maintenance and construction across our service areas. You will schedule, monitor, and guide crews to meet deadlines while ensuring safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and a solid understanding of zoning laws are essential.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate with other departments, and train laborers to maintain consistent techniques and efficient workflows in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• Supervisor experience; 3+ year managing crews.
• Ability to pass driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent knowledge of State and Federal zoning laws, as well as other applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of workers who perform duties such as landscape construction, installing sod or plant materials, or tearing out sod and/or plant materials
• Monitor project activities to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained

• Train and coach laborers regarding consistent techniques.Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadline

Pay range: $17.00 - $22.00
