Job summary

Greener Horizon is seeking a hardworking Construction Crew Leader to lead a landscaping crew in planting, sod installations and irrigation, while interacting with customers professionally.

You will ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards; provide guidance and training to crew members and maintain equipment and tools. Requires 2+ years experience, MA driver’s license, MA DOT card, and a willingness to obtain a 2A hoisting license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Massachusetts driver’s license required.
• Massachusetts DOT card.
• Current 2A hoisting license or willingness to obtain.
• Pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in performing landscaping construction tasks, including planting, sod installations and irrigation.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Education

• Lead a crew in performing a wide range of landscaping construction tasks, including but not limited to planting and sod installations and irrigation
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Ideal candidates will have experience with installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects. Must also be experienced with operating excavation and grading equipment.

Additional requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Current driver's license
• Massachusetts DOT card
• Current 2A hoisting license or willingness to obtain
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
