Job summary

Greener Horizon is seeking a hardworking Construction Crew Leader to supervise a landscape crew on a range of tasks including planting, sod installations, and irrigation. You will interact with co-workers and customers professionally while ensuring quality workmanship and safety on each job.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and holds a Massachusetts DOT card, a valid driver\'s license, and ideally a 2A hoisting license or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping construction or related field.
• Massachusetts DOT card required for site access.
• Current driver\'s license required for travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in landscaping construction tasks including planting, sod, and irrigation.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed.

• Lead a crew in performing a wide range of landscaping construction tasks, including but not limited to planting and sod installations and irrigation
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Ideal candidates will have experience with installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects. Must also be experienced with operating excavation and grading equipment.

Additional requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Current driver's license
• Massachusetts DOT card
• Current 2A hoisting license or willingness to obtain
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
