Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc in Massachusetts is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee various landscaping tasks including spring cleanups, mowing, and pruning. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience managing a crew and be knowledgeable in landscaping techniques.

Qualifications

• Must have valid DOT and reasonable driving record and experience driving truck and trailer.
• 3 years experience running your own crew.
• Must demonstrate knowledge in all aspects and seasons of landscaping.
• Ability to communicate with customers and management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and complete time-sensitive work.
• Additional licenses, hoisting, pesticide are a bonus.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in spring cleanups, mowing, mulching, and pruning.
• Install flowers, trees, and shrubs as part of landscaping duties.
• Manage fall cleanups, lawn renovations, and aeration.

Due to company growth, we have an immediate opening for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. The maintenance division executes the following: spring cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, weeding, flower, tree, and shrub installs, fall cleanups, tree work, lawn renovations, aeration and overseeding, and more.

All applicants must be willing and able to work full days outside in varying weather conditions.
