Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free.
• Assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Customer service and understand residents' needs and exceed expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain a positive community environment for residents and associates.
• Assist with the property’s turn.
• Understand, communicate, and enforce safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies.
• Document and report behaviors violating lease to the Community Manager.
• Inspect the physical condition of the property and report problems.
