GRÄS Lawn in Connecticut is seeking a Full-Time Landscape Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage crews, and drive revenue growth. You will build lasting client relationships, supervise account and operations staff, and ensure contract compliance and quality across multiple sites.

The role requires 10+ years in landscape and 5+ years leading a branch, with strong leadership, budgeting, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of landscape experience
  • 5+ years of Landscape Branch Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with key clients
  • Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality
  • Ensure existing accounts are renewed each year
  • Coordinate and manage client service teams
  • Develop annual budgets
  • Be fully responsible for the P&L of the branch
  • Work with Controller/CFO to accurately track branch performance
  • Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all contracts are executed correctly
  • Identify staffing needs, monitor and guide Account Managers and Operations Managers
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by us
  • Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes
  • Ensure new sales goals for the branch are properly budgeted
  • Understand and accurately estimate jobs
  • Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan(s) for employees
  • Achieves grounds management operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Prepares and completes action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies trends and determines system improvements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
  • Must uphold company policies, procedures and company core values at all times

Summary

The Landscape Branch Manager will serve as a client liaison to the company through outstanding service, ensuring that clients' needs are met, and the relationship will continue, creating high customer retention, while helping the branch achieve its revenue goals. The candidate in this role must also be able to manage job sites, personnel/crews, and equipment.

Essential Function
