Job summary

Landscape America is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at a Boston-area branch. This role oversees P&L, budgets, and a diverse team of managers and frontline staff, ensuring client satisfaction and safety across landscape and snow services.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in landscape or related service leadership, strong customer communication, and a proven ability to drive profitability while developing future leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Oversee equipment, facilities, and inventory alongside Fleet Manager.
  • Coordinate resources across branches.
  • Reduce unbillable time - improving routines to reduce waste.
  • Support Accounts Managers.
  • Participate in strategic client meetings and site visits.
  • Identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of safety.
  • Lead safety training, audits, and incident reviews.
  • Develop technical and leadership training.
  • Maintain organized branch facilities.
  • Lead preseason planning alongside Snow Manager.
  • Oversee snow event execution.
  • Conduct post-season reviews.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to provide leadership, direction, and accountability for all operations within a Landscape America branch. This individual is responsible for the branch's financial performance, team development, client satisfaction, safety culture, and long-term growth.

The Branch Manager leads a team of Production Managers, Accounts Managers, Administrative staff, and field employees while working closely with the President and Executive Team to execute company strategy. This leader owns the branch's profit and loss statement, establishes annual budgets, develops future leaders, and creates a culture where our Core Values are lived every day.

This position requires an individual who is highly accountable, financially minded, passionate about developing people, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and employees.

This position is full-time and in person.

Role Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
