The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or a service-driven field; strong P&L oversight and team development are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping, operations, or service-based industry.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the delivery of operational services and supervise teams to ensure high-quality performance.
• Maintain branch facilities, assets, and equipment to provide a professional, safe, and organized environment.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet growth targets.
• Manage and support the sales team to maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor client feedback and implement service improvements to drive retention.
