Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Commercial General Manager for its landscape services division. The role carries full P&L responsibility, overseeing a Branch and aligning sales, operations, and service to exceed goals.

You will supervise Client Representatives and Production Teams, drive efficiency, and maintain client satisfaction across service areas. The position demands a proven leadership track, budgeting acumen, and strong communication skills to coordinate internal teams with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape maintenance and maintenance sales.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in the landscape industry.
• Ability to lead people and mentor team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to develop budgets and interpret financials.
• Attention to detail and accountability in work outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch to exceed annual sales goals with high standards of service and operations.
• Provide direct leadership to Client Representatives and Production/Enhancement Teams.
• Manage budgets, hours, efficiency, and service across the Branch.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality workmanship and retention.
• Ensure compliance with cost control, safety, and on-time deliverables.
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement in sales and operations.
